The reality
Navigating psychedelics can feel confusing, even overwhelming, given the many options available. Which medicine. What dose. Which retreat, which facilitator, which country. Whether your medication is a problem. What to do with the six weeks afterward when the feeling starts to fade.
Most people end up answering those questions alone, from forums and secondhand stories. That is not carelessness. Until recently there has been nowhere obvious to turn, and no one whose job it was to help you think it through. You do not have to work it out by yourself.
The insight is rarely the missing piece. A way to keep it usually is.

The process
Three phases, and we move through all of them together: psychedelic preparation, the experience itself, and the integration that follows. We shape the length and depth of each around what you are actually walking into, and we do it online by video, wherever you are based.
Integration support
Sometimes you do not realize you needed support until afterwards. The experience ended, you came home, and something in it has not fully arrived yet. You know it mattered. You cannot quite say what it was asking of you.
Or the insights were enormous at the time and they have started to fizzle. You remember how clear everything felt, and how certain you were that things would be different now. Months have passed and nothing in your actual life has changed.
That is exactly where I can help. An experience is not the change. What you do with it afterwards is.
Integration support is available on its own, without preparing for anything new. We work with what you already have: what the experience was pointing at, what it is asking of you, and what would actually have to move in your life for it to hold. Some people come to me a few weeks afterwards, some come years later. Both are good starting points, and it is never too late to go back and pick it up.

The container
In their words
Immersion
"An incredible opportunity."
Pritam's energy immediately brings a feeling of relief when she enters the room. The immersion experience was an incredible opportunity to be able to learn and experience the benefits of the medicine. The group setting makes it feel more communal and teaches you to think in different ways about how the medicine might be benefiting you that you didn't realize.
Mentorship
"I felt like the creator of my reality."
Before working with Pritam Tara, I would consider myself a passenger, just merely watching my life pass by. After working with Pritam, I felt like the creator of my reality. She helped me release attachments to the circumstances and events of my life, giving me my power back to create the life I want. She uses scientific research, psychic intuition, and compassionate listening, which truly made me feel safe and able to shift what wasn't working, in ways that other mentors or coaches haven't been able to do.
One to one
"She listened intently and held me accountable."
From my first consultation call with Pritam, all the way through to our final session, she listened intently, asked thoughtful questions, provided guidance, and held me accountable. I appreciated her holistic approach that was rooted in healing on a deeper spiritual level. Outside of our regularly scheduled sessions, Pritam made herself available for quick chats to follow up on breathing techniques, meditation, and coaching program advice.

Who this is for
If what you need sits outside this, I will say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.
