Novara

For those tired of hiding and ready to reclaim themselves.

You don't need to be fixed. You need to be found.

She's already in there. Let's bring her home—and go deeper.

Before erae. here

Is This You?

You've built a life that looks good from the outside. You show up. You perform. You succeed. But behind closed doors, you're in a private battle with yourself that no one knows about.

The cycle is relentless: restriction, then the breaking point. The binge that feels like relief, then the purge that feels like control. For a moment, you feel calm—numb, actually. Then the shame crashes in, heavier than before. You tell yourself it won't happen again, and for a while, you believe yourself.

But the cycle returns.

Maybe you've tried to fix this on your own.

Cleanses. Therapists. Meal plans. Supplements. Willpower. Or maybe you haven't told anyone yet, and you're hoping you can figure this out in secret. Either way, nothing has stuck.

The truth is, willpower alone won't work.

Not because you're weak. This isn't a discipline problem—it's a nervous system problem. Your body has learned that numbing out is the only way to survive the feelings you're carrying. Willpower can't override what your nervous system has learned.

So the cycle continues. The binging. The purging. The shame that keeps you isolated and hidden.

What's worse isn't the behavior—it's what it costs you.

You're emotionally numb. You feel disconnected from your body, your relationships, and your purpose. You're exhausted from maintaining the image of everything being fine. You're lonely in a way that's hard to explain because no one really knows you. You're trapped between who you pretend to be and who you actually are, and the distance between them is crushing you.

Deep down, you know this can't continue forever. You know you need help—real help, not another diet or another therapist who doesn't understand the deeper roots of what's happening.

And you're right.

You’re Ready for a Guide

You need more than advice. You need someone who understands that your nervous system is the issue—not your willpower, not your worth.

You need someone who's lived in that private battle. Who's spent years numb, hidden, and isolated. Who thought she'd figured it out a hundred times only to find herself right back in the cycle.

But more than that, you need someone who found a way out that actually works—and who understands that the way out isn't through restriction or discipline. It's through reconnection.

how to overcome binging and purging

Hi, I’m Kathryn Ann

(AKA Pritam Tara)

For nearly 15 years, I lived a double life.

On the surface, I was a high-achieving professional—fit, successful, in control. But behind closed doors, I was trapped in a relentless cycle. Every morning I woke up with despair. I restricted my food obsessively, controlled every calorie, worked out for hours with a heart rate monitor. I drank a bottle of wine every night to numb the feelings I couldn't process. I was binging and purging daily, isolating myself from any real connection.

The worst part wasn't the behavior—it was what it cost me emotionally. I was completely numb inside. Disconnected from my body, my relationships, my purpose. I felt like a shell. I couldn't receive love, couldn't let anyone truly know me, couldn't feel anything except the incongruence between the perfect image I maintained and the desperate animal I felt like in private.

I thought I was broken.

The Pivot Point

The moment everything shifted was after my wedding. My husband left for a two-week work trip, and within days I slipped back into full-blown bulimia. It was a December night in Downtown LA—late after the gym, after wine, after binging on cupcakes and cake. I was bent over my desk in the dark, sketching my own shadow, and I realized: this might be my only chance to actually change.

I was ready. I just didn't know how.

What I Discovered (And What Changed Everything)

I spent the next years exploring every possible modality—talk therapy, anti-depressants, meditation, nutrition protocols, yoga, sound healing, ayahuasca, psychedelics, microdosing, integration work, community. I wasn't jumping around randomly. I was learning that my nervous system couldn't heal through willpower alone. It couldn't heal through talking about my problems. It needed to be rewired.

Here's what I learned:

First, I had to calm my nervous system. That's why the alcohol had to go—it was numbing me, preventing me from feeling anything real. That's why meditation and yoga mattered—they taught my body it was safe again.

Then, I had to heal my body. Through nutritional support, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation, I could finally feel the sensations I'd been numbing out for years. My body became a home again, not a prison.

Finally, I had to rewire my identity. That's where the deeper work came in. Through psychedelic experiences—guided, intentional, integrated—I was able to release the identity of "the broken one who hides" and step into the identity of "the one who belongs."

Science-backed neuroplasticity combined with spiritual opening created a shift I couldn't have achieved through any single modality alone.

What Transformed.

I went from:

A nervous system in constant dysregulation → a nervous system that feels safe

Obsession with control → trust in what my body knows

Isolation and shame → authentic connection and community

Numbed out → feeling everything, including joy

Desperately seeking someone to "save me" → empowered to create my own life

Hiding my story → teaching my story and serving others

Nine years later, I built a coaching program around exactly what healed me.

Not because one approach was the answer, but because the integration of nervous system work, somatic practices, science-backed supplementation, and sacred work (including psychedelics when appropriate) creates the depth of transformation that traditional ED treatment can't touch.

The truth I want you to know:

You're not broken. You're disconnected—from your body, from your nervous system's capacity to feel safe, from the belief that you're worthy of freedom and joy. And disconnection can be healed.

It just requires going deeper.

Close Your Eyelids Tight and Imagine:

You wake up and your nervous system is calm. There's no immediate spike of anxiety, no voice telling you what you should or shouldn't eat today, no plan for how many hours you need to exercise to "earn" the right to exist.

Your body feels like a home again—not an enemy, not something you need to control or punish. You put your hand on your heart and feel it beating steadily, safely, yours.

The obsession has lifted. You move through your day without the constant mental loop of restriction, binging, purging, shame, repeat. That exhausting soundtrack in your head—the judge, the critic, the voice saying you're not good enough—has finally quieted.

For the first time in years, you can be present with the people you love. You're not performing. You're not hiding. You're not terrified they'll discover who you "really" are. Because you've come home to yourself, and you know: you are safe to be seen.

Your presence shifts. Your energy is clear. People feel it—not because you look perfect, but because you feel free. And freedom is magnetic.

You move through the world with ease. You take risks. You travel. You say yes to experiences instead of no to food. You have friendships that nourish you instead of relationships where you're just trying to be "saved." You collaborate. You belong.

And when you look in the mirror, you don't just see yourself—you recognize yourself.

You see someone who was brave enough to go deeper, to heal at the nervous system level, to release the identity that no longer serves her.

You are no longer trapped in the cycle. You are no longer numb. You are no longer alone.

You've come home to yourself.

Close Your Eyelids Tight and Imagine:

You wake up feeling excited about your life again, energized and at peace. A wave a gratitude washes through your body as you put your hand over your heart and say “thank you”

A 6-month transformative experience for men & women ready to release binging and purging, transcend shame and guilt, and find lasting peace within.

The name carries meaning:

1. “Nova”: a new star. In astronomy, a nova is a sudden awakening of light in the darkness. It's not gradual. It's a moment where everything shifts and becomes visible.

2.“Era”: an epoch, a significant period marked by new beginnings and transformation.

Together: Novara is your moment of awakening.
The beginning of your new era.

symptoms of bulimia

Novara is a step-by-step process that takes you through the key pillars of releasing the grip on food, exercise, and self-doubt in your life, reclaiming your time and energy, and building a new identity rooted in balance and self-trust.

signs of bulimia

You'll work through proven frameworks that help you understand what's underneath the behavior, rewire the neural patterns keeping you stuck, and practice new ways of being that integrate seamlessly into your life without compromising your values or well-being.

What Makes Novara Different

Most eating disorder treatment addresses behaviors — what you eat, how often you exercise, what you think about food.

But your binge-purge cycle isn't a behavior problem. It's a nervous system problem.

This is why traditional approaches sometimes miss the mark.

Talk therapy, CBT, nutritional counseling, and intuitive eating — they are important and can help with thoughts and behaviors. But they don't touch where shame actually lives: in your body and your nervous system.

Whether it's been a few years or decades, your nervous system has learned a survival pattern: it's not safe to feel. The only way to survive is to numb out.

You've been using binging and purging to regulate what feels unbearable. Your body adapted. This became your coping mechanism.

No amount of talking about your feelings can unwire that. Your nervous system needs to be retrained to know it's safe to exist, to be seen, to feel.

By the End of this Program, You Will Have

Reclaimed safety in your nervous system — your body feels calm and regulated, no longer in constant fight-or-flight

Released the obsession — the mental loops, shame spirals, and compulsive urges have lifted

Built an integrated, sustainable life — daily practices and rhythms that feel natural and aligned, not forced or restrictive

Transformed your identity — shifted from "I'm broken and unworthy" to "I'm whole and I belong"

Ended the isolation — you're authentically connected, fully known, and loved for who you actually are

Reconnected to your purpose — you know why you're here and what truly matters to you

Testimonials

Thank you for providing a safe space and helping me as I redefine my relationship with food and reconnect with my true self. Not only do I feel heard when I speak to you, I also feel your empathy and encouragement when you respond. You truly listen and offer techniques that I can incorporate into my day that help me regain my inner balance. I feel in control of my life and empowered to keep on track! This past year I got married to the man I was dating when we started working together. I cannot believe the shifts I was able to integrate through our work and what has manifested in my life since.

- Breanna LC, Marketing and Customer Support Professional

Before working with Kathryn, I would consider myself a passenger, just merely watching my life pass by. After working with Pritam, I felt like the creator of my reality. She helped me release attachments to the circumstances and events of my life, giving me my power back to create the life I want. She uses scientific research, psychic intuition, and compassionate listening, which truly made me feel safe and able to shift what wasn’t working, in ways that other mentors or coaches haven’t been able to do. I now feel full sovereignty over my life, and have the tools required to continue this development to turn my dreams into reality.

- Dhir Patel, Medical Professional

I worked with Kathryn (Pritam Tara) as I navigated through a few major life transitions. From the first consultation call all the way through to our final session, she listened intently, asked thoughtful questions, provided guidance with sharing different resources and tools, and held me accountable with the goals I had set. I appreciate her holistic approach and how her suggestions were rooted in healing on a deeper spiritual level.

Kathryn is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed guide in helping me! I am grateful for the relationship we’ve cultivated and all that she shared with me so that I can continue going within and manifesting and magnetizing exactly what I want.

Are You Ready?

Before we go further, I need to ask you something real.

Are you ready to stop hiding? Not just the behaviors—the whole performance. The exhausting work of being someone you're not.

Are you ready to feel what you've been numbing out? Not because it's fun, but because on the other side of those feelings is freedom.

Are you ready to do the deeper work? The kind that requires you to be vulnerable, to trust the process even when it's uncomfortable, to let go of the identity you've built your life around.

Are you ready to commit to your own transformation—not for anyone else, but for you?

Because if you are, Novara is waiting for you. This isn't a program you dabble in. This is a partnership where you show up, you go deep, and you allow yourself to be fundamentally changed.

If that resonates, keep reading. You're exactly who this is for.

Here's How We’ll Get There—The Four Stages of Novara

Novara is structured as a sacred journey with four distinct stages. Each one builds on the last, rewiring you from the inside out.

how do i stop binging and purging

Your nervous system has been in overdrive for years. Before we can do any deeper work, we need to calm things down.

In this stage, we:

- Clear your environment of triggers and obstacles

- Stabilize your body chemistry through targeted nutrition and supplementation so cravings ease and your baseline mood lifts

- Begin nervous system regulation with daily practices (breathwork, vagal stimulation, grounding techniques) that teach your body: you are safe

- Clarify your vision — why you're doing this, what freedom actually means to you

Why this matters: You can't heal from a dysregulated nervous system. This stage is about creating the conditions for transformation to be possible.

By the end of Stage 01: Your nervous system is calmer. The constant fight-or-flight has softened. You're sleeping better. The shame spirals are quieter. You feel a glimmer of hope.

Stage 02:

Reconnect with Your Body

You come back home to yourself.

For years, you've been battling your body. In this stage, we rebuild the relationship.

In this stage, we introduce:

- Somatic release work helps you process emotions stored in your tissues—the tension, the trauma, the grief

- Guided microdosing supports neuroplasticity and emotional processing, helping your brain rewire while your body heals

- Deeper nervous system practices (energy work, sound healing, breathwork) support the felt sense of safety

Intuitive reconnection — you learn to listen to your body's signals again (hunger, fullness, what you actually need)

Why this matters: Shame lives in the body as disconnection and constriction. You can't think your way out of it. You have to feel your way through it. This stage rewires the somatic shame.

By the end of Stage 02
: You feel at home in your body again. The constant self-judgment has quieted. You can wear clothes without spiraling. You can eat without terror.

Stage 03:

Emotional & Identity Healing

You release what no longer serves and step into who you actually are.

This is the deepest layer of work. In this stage, we address the core beliefs that have kept you trapped:

In this stage, we add:

- Advanced somatic techniques release the deeper trauma and emotional blocks.

- For those ready: guided psychedelic work with professional support. These experiences, when done with intention and integration, can create quantum shifts in identity and self-perception—helping you release "I'm broken" and step into "I'm whole."

- Identity rewiring — you're no longer the person who hides. You're building a new sense of self, one aligned with your true values.

Why this matters: You can regulate your nervous system and heal your body, but if your identity is still "I'm unworthy and broken," you'll eventually slip back. This stage transforms who you believe yourself to be.

By the end of Stage 03: You feel fundamentally different. Not just better—different. The shame has lifted because your belief about yourself has shifted. You're not performing anymore. You're becoming real.

Integrate and Thrive

You anchor in your new life and prepare to soar.

The work isn't done—it's integrated.

In this stage, we:

- Design your personalized daily practice — the rituals, movements, and practices that keep you balanced and grounded

- Build your support system — connecting you with community, resources, and tools for long-term sustainability

- Celebrate your transformation — you pause to

recognize how far you've come

- Create your vision forward — what's next? What becomes possible now that you're free?

Why this matters: Transformation only lasts if it's integrated into your daily life. This stage ensures that what you've built stays with you, not as discipline, but as who you've become.

By the end of Stage 04: You're not just recovered. You're thriving. The binge-purge cycle isn't a temptation anymore—it's not who you are. You've moved on to the next chapter.

Guidance on Deeper Healing Work Including Psychedelics
(For Those Ready)

For some, the deepest transformation happens through consciousness-shifting work. If you're called to explore this:

Educational guidance on plant medicines and psychedelics—what they are, how they work, how to prepare

Referral network connecting you with vetted, professional practitioners who specialize in integration

Integration support after experiences—frameworks, journaling, processing support to anchor the shifts

This is entirely optional and only for those who feel called. We move at your pace, honoring your readiness and autonomy.

What’s Included

 With My Guidance, You’ll Receive:

Weekly 1:1 Support + Ongoing Connection Between Sessions

This is the relational foundation.

We meet weekly for deep-dive sessions where we address what's coming up, recalibrate your approach, and ensure you're supported through the harder moments.

But it doesn't stop there. You have voice and text access to me between sessions. When you're triggered. When you want to celebrate a win. When you need someone who gets it and has your back.

You're no longer isolated in this. You have a guide who's been exactly where you are, who believes in you, and who will hold you accountable to your own transformation.

Customized Supplements, Peptides & Microdosing Protocols

Your nervous system needs neurochemical support to heal. We design a customized protocol including:

Targeted supplement protocols to ease the transition, support gut healing, stabilize your mood, and optimize your neurochemistry

Microdosing guidance (optional, for those ready) to support emotional processing and neuroplasticity

All integrated with ongoing monitoring and adjustments based on how your body responds.

Integration support included: You'll receive frameworks for processing experiences, journaling protocols, and direct support as you navigate this deeper work.

Personalized Nutritional Plans

Food is medicine, and your body has a unique language. We create a personalized protocol tailored to your specific needs, preferences, nervous system state, and healing phase.

This isn't about restriction or rules. It's about nourishment.

We design a way of eating that stabilizes your blood sugar, reduces cravings, supports gut healing, and allows you to eat intuitively again—without obsession, without fear, without shame.

Your plan evolves with you. As your body shifts, as your nervous system calms, as your relationship with food deepens, we adjust.

It’s Time to Choose Yourself

Everything you've read on this page—the vision of freedom, the promise of peace, the understanding that you don't have to do this alone—is possible for you.

But it requires a choice.

A choice to stop hiding. A choice to go deeper. A choice to believe that you're worthy of the life you actually want to live.

The journey to freedom doesn't start with perfection or having it all figured out. It starts with one small act of courage: reaching out.

Here's How We Begin:

Fill out an application. Tell me where you are, what you're struggling with, what you're hoping for. This helps me understand if we're a good fit and what kind of support you need.

If it feels right, I'll reach out to schedule a call. We'll get to know each other. I'll answer your questions. You'll get a feel for who I am and how I work.

And we'll determine together whether Novara is the right path for you at this moment in your life.

Sometimes we're not the right match. And that's okay. If that's the case, I'll gladly point you toward other resources or professionals who might be better suited to support you. My commitment is to your healing—even if that means recommending someone else.

But if we are a match? Then we begin the sacred work of bringing you home to yourself.

The question is: Are you ready?

A Few Closing Thoughts...

If you're reading this and feeling something stir inside—a glimmer of hope, a whisper that says maybe this could be different for me—that's the part of you that knows. The part that's been waiting for permission to believe change is possible.

I'm here to tell you: it is.

You don't have to figure this out alone. You don't have to white-knuckle your way to recovery. You don't have to hide anymore.

What you need is a guide who understands the nervous system, who knows the somatic roots of shame, who believes in the power of integration—and who will show up for you, consistently, with unwavering commitment to your freedom.

If you're curious about what this journey could look like for you, I'd love to connect.

Schedule a call. Share your story. Let me hear where you are and what you're hoping for. Ask me anything you want to know.

And if after we talk, you realize Novara isn't the right fit? I'll support that too. I'll point you toward resources, practitioners, and paths that might serve you better. Because my commitment is to your healing, whatever form that takes.

But I have a feeling we're going to be a great match.

With deep care and unwavering belief in your wholeness,

Kathryn Ann

P.S. — If you're still on the fence, remember: every person on this page who found freedom started exactly where you are right now. Uncertain. Hopeful. Brave enough to consider that things could be different. You're already halfway there.

Common Questions and Answers

What if I’ve already tried everything and nothing worked?

Most people who come to coaching have already tried multiple approaches. That doesn't mean this won't work—it means you're ready for a different kind of support. We focus on the why beneath the behavior, not just the behavior itself.

Will my family have to be involved?

That is totally up to you. This program is designed for you and your journey. If and when you decide to involve family members, we can discuss how to approach those conversations. Many clients choose to do this later, once they've built stability for themselves.

How quickly will I see results?

Some shifts happen within the first few sessions (reduced shame, more clarity on your patterns). Real transformation takes time. Most clients see meaningful changes within 8-12 weeks, but this isn't linear. Progress isn't always visible day-to-day.

What if I'm still binge-purging while we work together?

That's exactly why you're here. We're not asking you to stop before you're ready. The goal is to understand what's driving it, so the behavior becomes less necessary. This is a judgment-free space.

Can you guarantee I'll recover?

I can guarantee that if you show up honestly and do the work, you'll understand yourself differently. Recovery is a choice you make—I'm here to support that choice and help you believe it's possible.

What's the difference between this and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on processing past trauma or diagnosing conditions. Coaching focuses on forward movement—identifying what you want and removing the blocks keeping you from it. Many people do both at different phases of their recovery.

How do I know if I'm ready?

You're ready when you're tired of the cycle and willing to be honest about it. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to look at it.

Is this confidential?

Completely. What's discussed here stays here, with standard exceptions (imminent harm to yourself or others).

What if I can't afford ongoing sessions?

We can talk about what's feasible for you. I offer some sliding-scale spots, and we can structure sessions in a way that works for your budget. Your financial situation shouldn't be a barrier to starting.
